Greenwich Village Food Tour

Cool Neighborhood, Great Eats and more in Greenwich Village!

About Our Greenwich Village Walking Food Tour

Join us for a truly unique look at our bohemian backyard with a tour led by a real New York tour guide who knows the ins and outs of the big city. They’ll show you all the best food in Greenwich Village and makes sure to keep you laughing the whole time.

On our Greenwich Village walking food tour, we make our way through Washington Square Park and its famous arch and witness first-hand some iconic cinematic spots along the way that were captured in films like “When Harry Met Sally…,” “I Am Legend”, “Searching For Bobby Fischer”, and “August Rush” — just to name a few.

Next, we stroll into the West Village — long considered to be the most serene section in all of Manhattan. We see the longest running Off-Broadway Theatre, the narrowest house, the oldest house, and Washington Irving’s former home. Oh, and for you “Friends” fans, you can check out the outside of their famous apartment.

Okay, let’s not forget about the food in Greenwich Village! We make a minimum of six stops on this tour, so bring your appetite!

Here are some of our stops (subject to change):

Mamoun’s Falafel
Since 1971, Mamoun’s has specialized in Falafel and other Middle Eastern cuisine. We’ll have a falafel sandwich from the oldest Middle Eastern restaurant in New York City.
Artichoke Pizza
Since opening their first location in 2008, Artichoke Basille’s has expanded all across the nation. They’ve been featured on The Tonight Show, The Rachael Ray Show, and many other notable shows and publications. This place is the real deal with a slice that’s full of creamy goodness and double crusted!
Bleecker Street Pizza
Bleecker Street Pizza has been named the best pizza in the city by The Food Network for three straight years. With flavorful thin-crust pizza that is made with authentic ingredients, this is a stop that you won’t want to miss out on! The Nonna Maria is off the charts!
Molly’s Cupcakes
Visit an award-winning cupcake shop for a good cause. Inspired by a third grade teacher, Molly’s donates a portion of profits to local schools. Try Ms. Molly’s famous recipe, or even build your own cupcake! The options are limitless!
Pomme Frites
Are you a fry lover? Why not try the best? Pommes Frites serves double-cooked, authentic Belgian fries, with a selection of over 30 delicious sauces to try! It’s a one-of-a-kind french fry experience!
Faicco’s
This Italian staple is the perfect spot that leaves you craving more. At Faicco’s, tourgoers will sample arancini (rice balls) and sopressata (salami) that will leave you breathless.
